Residential Condominiums

A condominium, or condo, is the form of housing tenure and other real propety where a specified part of piece of real estate (usually of an apartment house) is individually owned, while use of and access to common facilities in the piece such as hallways, heating system, elevators, and exterior areas are executed under legal rights associated with the individual ownership and controlled by the association of owners that jointly represent ownership of the whole piece.

Townhouses

A type of medium-density housing in cities, usually but not necessarily terraced (row housing) or semi-detached. A modern town house is often one with a small footprint on multiple floors. A tall narrow, traditional row house, generally having three or more floors and a house in a town or city belonging to someone who has another property in the country.

Commercial Condominiums

Condominium ownership is also used, albeit less frequently, for non-residential land uses: offices, hotel rooms, retail shops, group housing facilities (retirement homes or dormitories), and storage.

Building

A structure with a roof and walls, such as a ouse,school, store, or factory.

 

Buildings serve several needs of society - primarily as shelter from weather and as general living space, to provide privacy, to store belogings and to comfortably live and work. A building as a shelter represents a phsyical division of the human habitat ad the outside (a place that at times may be harsh and harmful).

House & Lot  

A building, one that is lived in by a family or small group of people. and lot of land meant to be owned by some owner(s), that is essentially considered a parcel of real property in some countries or immovable property and a small are of land that is empty except for pavement or similar improvement. An example would be a parking lot.

Vacant Lot

Vacant lots are available and ready for occupancy. Lots can come in various sizes and shapes, to be considered a single lot, the land described as the "lot" must be contiguous. Two separate parcels are considred two lots not one. Oftn a lot is size for a single house or other building. Many lots are rectangular in shape, although other shapes are possible as long as the boundaries are well-defined.
